Step 1 — Audit Your Information Diet
Before you can change what gets in, you have to see what’s already there.
Most people have never actually examined what they consume. They just open apps and absorb. But what gets in shapes what comes out — in your work, your opinions, your conversations, your ideas.
Spend one day logging every piece of content you interact with. Every video, post, article, podcast, conversation. Don’t judge it. Just map it.
Then ask three questions:
